UPS Shipping Information
Please see map that follows to get an estimate of shipping times if your order is shipped with UPS. UPS expects but does not guarantee these service times. Orders of $200 or more are shipped via UPS, while smaller orders are usually shipped with DHL-eCommerce, a slower service where USPS makes the final delivery.
Shipping charges are $10.99 plus $0.75 per unit. You can contact us about larger orders (over $10,000) which can be shipped using your UPS account or with an LTL carrier. 
Returns Information
The Texas International team wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping/handling, return shipping/handling (if we pay for the return shipping) and a 15% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. Returns of opened merchandise will not be accepted nor will payment be refunded or store credit offered. Refunds or credit will only be issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Please Note: due to U.S. health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept any returns, for any reason, of the following items: Makeup, Cosmetics, Skin Care, and Hair Care products.
If the merchandise was damaged in transit, please let us know right away and take photographs. However, goods are sold FOB-Stafford and title transfers to you, the customer, after your order is loaded on to a commercial carrier's vehicle.
Please note that we only ship to the 48 continental states, but we can usually ship to any major freight forwarder.
