Returns Policy

At Texas International, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, minus:

• Original shipping & handling
• Return shipping & handling (if we pay for return shipping)
• A 15% restocking fee

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened and in original packaging. Used or opened products will not be accepted or refunded. Refunds or credits will only be issued after we receive and inspect the return.

Additional terms & conditions: 

• A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please contact us, and a team member will assist you with the process.
• Due to U.S. health regulations, we cannot accept returns on makeup, cosmetics, skincare, or hair care products.
• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide photos.
• Please be aware that all goods are sold FOB Stafford, TX, and title transfers to you once the shipment is picked up by the carrier.
• We currently ship only to the 48 continental U.S. states, but we are typically able to ship to any freight forwarder.
• Texas International reserves the right to approve or deny any return, refund, or credit request at our sole discretion.
